These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of kingdomcalling.co and any programs, courses, coaching, community access, or digital products offered by Danielle Rosner LLC, doing business as Kingdom Calling ("Kingdom Calling," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our Services.

2. Purchases and Payment

Prices are listed at checkout and charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any recurring charges or payment plans you choose.

3. No Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and no refunds are given. If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing every payment, whether or not you use the program.

4. Access and Accounts

Access is for you personally and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we offer the product or program.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, frameworks, templates, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Kingdom Calling or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use purchased materials for your own business, but you may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publish them without our written permission.

6. Community Conduct

In our community spaces, treat others with respect. We may remove content or revoke access, without refund, for harassment, spam, sharing paid content, or other conduct that harms the community.
